There are a number of walks you can do from the WOW Centre that will give you a greater appreciation for the river, wetlands, flora and fauna of Warren and the surrounding area. Ask us about the Tiger Bay Wetlands and Beemunnel Aboriginal Reserve walks, and the River Red Gum Walk along the river.
WOW Centre Garden Walk
We have a self-guided walk of our native garden at the WOW Centre on the izi.TRAVEL app. If you’re unfamiliar with native plants of our region, this is a lovely, short introduction to some of those plants that can survive dry, hot summers and cold winters. It only takes about 30 minutes to complete.
The izi.TRAVEL app is free to use, and you can download it and pre-load the walk before you get here. You can also view the walk remotely from your phone (with the app) or your chosen browser. We’ve provided instructions on how to use the walk if you’re unfamiliar with self-guided audio tours.
Don’t hesitate to ask us if you’re having trouble with the app, or you’d like more information about the other walks. We’d love you to rate the app when you’ve finished too and let others know about it. It’s a walk that we plan to continue updating as gardens change at the WOW Centre.

If you download the izi.TRAVEL app, there are a number of other walks in the region that you can access by going to All Guides > All Around Me. You’ll find several in Dubbo.
